Multilayer Bending Actuators
ARGILLON Piezoproducts develops Multilayer Ceramics for application in actuators as Bending Elements to use only lowest driving voltages. Layer thickness of 48 m has already been used in a first product.
The Multilayer can come into operation as an actuator, sensor or generator as well. Ideally it will be applied as a microactuator driven with low voltages.
